Cérémonie de jumelage entre notre Club Rotary Paris Champs Elysées et le club Rotary of Amman Cosmopolitan.

In the mutual desire to promote international goodwill and friendship and further strengthen fellowship and acquaintance in pursuit of the ideals and objectives of Rotary international, we the

Rotary Club of Amman Cosmopolitan of Rotary International District 2452 and Rotary Club de Paris Champs Elysées District 1660.

Hereby agree to enter a Sister Club Twinning agreement through the respective sanction of the Board and Rotarians of Both clubs and in accordance with the elemental spirit of existing Rotary International rules and regulations.

The objectives of Sister Club relationship are to develop and promote friendship and mutual understanding between the two Rotary International Districts in General and the two Rotary Clubs in Particular;

• To encourage and organize the exchange of visits either as a group or as individuals from both clubs;
• To exchange programs, publications, newsletters, bulletins, magazines, audio, visual and video recordings, photographs, member list and any items of interest between the two clubs;
• To assist Rotarians and their family members to contact and correspond between each other, especially those with the same classification, profession, occupation, business or vocation;
• To foster fellowship and service through vocational contact, meetings and other friendly activities;
• To undertake joint service projects, whenever possible for the benefit of the community in either districts;
• To participate in and undertake programs or activities for the promotion of international friendship, world understanding, peace and goodwill through Rotary;
• To mutually assist members in both clubs by combining their individual talents and commitments to serve and to take steps to strengthen the future of rotary and the generations which it will continue to serve.

This relationship shall take effect upon signing of this agreement by the duly authorized officer of both clubs and shall remain in force until terminated by mutual consent with a notice in writing to one another.

M. Christophe LUCAS, Président d'Epilepsie France, association nationale de patients et d'aidants, reconnue d'utilité publique et bénéficiant d'un agrément national de représentations des usagers.

M.Christophe LUCAS, auditeur immobilier depuis 3 ans après une reconversion, et initialement diplômé DESCF ayant exercé en cabinet d'audit et plusieurs entreprises.

Engagé au sein d’Épilepsie France en tant que bénévole depuis 5 ans, élu Président en décembre 2020.

Père d'un jeune épileptique, décédé de sa maladie en février 2021.

Christophe Lucas s'engage pour obtenir une meilleure connaissance de l'épilepsie par le grand public, les médias et une vraie reconnaissance de la maladie par les institutions. En tant que Président d'Epilepsie France, il mobilise toutes les forces vives afin qu'un Plan National d'Epilepsie soit décidé à la tête de l'Etat avec pour objectif une amélioration significative de la prise en charge des patients et des aidants tant au niveau du parcours de soins et de l'environnement médico-social, que dans le contexte de l'emploi, de la scolarité, de la mobilité et de l'isolement social.
